2007 King and Queen Competition

"To Qualify for King and Queen:
1) Run six K & Q races that total at least 25 miles, and
2) Work club events to obtain three volunteer service points."

Note: Run the Tunnel and the Bays Mountain Trail Race are not USATF-certified courses due to their "trail" nature, but they are part of the K & Q race series, as approved by the SFTC Board. All other K & Q races are, and must be, run on USATF-certified courses unless approved otherwise.

For map best viewing, disable "Automatic Image Resizing". In Internet Explorer, do this under the Tools Menu, then select Internet Options, then the Advanced tab. Scroll down the list and unselect "Automatic Image Resizing" under the Multimedia heading. In Mozilla Firefox, do this under the Tools Menu, then select Options, then the Advanced icon. In the General window, unselect "Resize larger images to fit in the browsers window" under the Browsing heading.
