 Post subject: Toys for Tots Mud Run

Can anyone give me any tips on the Marine Corps mud run? I am VERY NEW to running, but it is a personal goal to run this in the fall. Smile I am just wondering what I can expect as far as the course goes, etc. Any tips on how to best prepare or train would be great!! I really need some help on this.
