Did the "run for the Hill" course seem a little long to anybody or was it just the hills that made me so slow? I notice the 3 mile market was at or before the track marker for 200 meters and the finish line was at the track finish line. That would make the last k .125 as opposed to .1 I am really grasping for straws now.

A 5K is 3.106856 miles. So from the 3 mile marker to the finish it should be 0.106856 miles or 564 feet which equals 172 meters. So the 3 mile marker should have been almost 30 meters beyond the 200 meter start on the track...
